If you purchased and registered a supported product, you are eligible for free support for the first 60 days after the date of registration. Your 60-day free support period will start on the day of registration. If you have not registered your product you should register it here first.

Activation and licensing inquiries for current versions of QuarkXPress (Advantage,2018, 2017 and 2016) are free of charge. All other support queries require a single incident purchase ($29.99) or a current QuarkXPress Advantage plan.

The best way to support your investment in QuarkXPress is by adding a QuarkXPress Advantage plan. With QuarkXPress Advantage you not only get access to all upgrades and updates, you also get unlimited technical support for the duration of your plan. QuarkXPress Advantage is available as a 12, 24 or 36 month plan.
